Walking Netball offers a fun and friendly way to get moving, meet other members and enjoy the game at a gentler pace.

The sessions are suitable for anyone interested in giving Walking Netball a try, whether you have played netball before or are completely new to it.

Tracey from England Netball will join us for the first session, with Patsy from GLL leading the sessions thereafter.

The first session is a free taster. After that, sessions cost £2 each, or are free for Better members.

Booking in advance is recommended. The booking link will be added shortly.

London Region of U3As Walks and Gallery Visits
 September/October 2026

We are delighted to announce the next full programme of walks and gallery visits for September/October. All events are £10, no refunds.
The programme can be found on the events page of the website.

The sessions for September/October will launch on Thursday 20th August 2026 from 10.00

All of our walks/gallery visits have proved very popular and been fully booked almost as soon as advertised. So don't delay book up on launch day. There will of course be waiting lists for each session.

As members of Newham U3A you can access all the free events, workshops and talks covering a host of different subjects offered by the National U3A trust.
