Our first meeting will take place on Friday 3rd of July at 10.30 am.
The main idea of the group is to read aloud (or recite from memory) a poem you like and say why you have chosen it.
At our first meeting, we can discuss how to structure the group. This could mean the each month we select a poet, theme or poetic genre for the following month.
The only rule is that the poem must be written by a published poet!
If this date doesn't work for you, I'm sure we can be flexible in the future.
