A Walk in the Park
On the Mondays in between the Yoga sessions, we’ll meet for a walk around West Ham Park, a simple way to keep moving, have a chat, and enjoy a bit of fresh air We’ll also aim to finish with tea and biccies afterwards ☕ These arrangements can evolve with member input, so if you have suggestions on timings, routes, or options for the non-yoga Mondays, please do share them
