11/07/2026 00:00 11/08/2026 00:00 Europe/London Kensington Palace and Gardens visit Marie has booked 20 tickets for a trip to Kensington Palace on Saturday 7th November If you would like to join this trip, please reply by Wednesday 15th September Priority will be given to members who asked for a ticket previously (the September trip) but were not allocated one or who responded that they could not make the original date and were interested in attending at another time The palace visit itself includes the King’s State apartments, reimagined rooms exploring Queen Victoria’s life growing up at Kensington Palace, the Jewel Room and a special exhibition: the Last Princesses of Punjab The surrounding Kensington Gardens offer extensive landscaped Italian gardens, lakes fountains and statues, the Albert Memorial and Peter Pan It should prove a great day out We will meet at the palace entrance at 10 50am Nearest Stations are Queensway on the Central Line or Gloucester Road on the District Line There are plenty of cafes in and around the Palace and gardens mariechristie56@gmail com
