We are delighted to share news of a very special achievement by one of our own members Newham u3a member, journalist and author Robert Nurden is having the world premiere of his new play, Empty, staged at London’s Drayton Arms Theatre from Tuesday 7 to Saturday 11 July '26 7 30pm £14/£12 conc David’s phone rings, the voice on the other end is one he never expected to hear again As old emotions reignite, he and Amy are drawn back to the dream of parenthood that once consumed her But can they survive the choices that tore them apart?
