Subject: Yoga with Peter – Wed 17 December, 10:00am (Nico’s Café, Here East) Peter’s yoga class on Wednesday 17 December at 10:00am, at Nico’s Café, Here East It’s the last session before the end of the year, and also the last one before Peter heads off to Australia Many of you will know Peter helped kick-start u3a in Newham You may not know he’s also a genuinely excellent yoga teacher, thoughtful, inclusive, and brilliant at adapting poses to suit different bodies and abilities (especially for our age group) I always come away feeling energised and in great spirits It would be lovely to see a few more familiar faces there to give him a good send-off Getting there is easier than it sounds: Here East is in a newer part of Newham, close to the Olympic Park From Stratford: bus 241 or 388, then about a 5-minute walk Also near Hackney Wick overground station I often walk from Stratford and it’s a really nice route, partly by the water Come along and treat this as a taster session; I know that you won't be disappointed If possible, let Peter know you’re coming by emailing chair@newham-u3a org uk Please bring a yoga mat If you don't have one, do let Peter know

It’s the last session before the end of the year, and also the last one before Peter heads off to Australia.
Many of you will know Peter helped kick-start u3a in Newham. You may not know he’s also a genuinely excellent yoga teacher, thoughtful, inclusive, and brilliant at adapting poses to suit different bodies and abilities (especially for our age group). I always come away feeling energised and in great spirits.
It would be lovely to see a few more familiar faces there to give him a good send-off.
Getting there is easier than it sounds:
- Here East is in a newer part of Newham, close to the Olympic Park
